German PhD students about to finish their doctorate, German postdocs/junior researchers and German senior researchers who are no longer integrated in the German academic system and would like to return to Germany after having spent at least 1 year abroad.

Individuals may apply for travel grants for job interviews and scientific presentations in Germany to enable their possible return, or for monthly scholarships to conduct research in Germany with the goal of reintegrating into the German scientific community.
