EURAXESS Iceland Network
The Icelandic EURAXESS portal provides information for foreign researchers in Iceland or researchers who are planning to move to Iceland as well as all researchers leaving the country. You can find information about Icelandic research, job and funding opportunities and a wealth of practical information for living and working in Iceland.
EURAXESS is a joint initiative of the European Commission and the 40 countries participating in the European Union's Horizon 2020 Programme for Research. Its purpose is to guide and assist researchers who plan to make research visits or to move to Iceland, through practical information and links to relevant organisations and on-line resources. The Icelandic Centre for Research acts as the national EURAXESS Bridgehead Organisation while and the process of establishing EURAXESS Contact Points in the various Universities in Iceland is on-going.
All of the services provided by EURAXESS are free of charge and EURAXESS Iceland is part of the EURAXESS Services Network across Europe.
