POST-DOC (50%) Position Postdoctoral Associate/University Assistant (20 hrs/week) Start/Duration May 1 2019 (or at the earliest possible date) for the duration of 4 years (fixed-term) Unit Institute of Psychology, Applied Psychology II Main duties Research, teaching, student supervision and administration in the area of work and organisational psychology (thematic focus: work, management practices and health) Required qualifications - Completed Doctorate (PhD) in Psychology - Advanced knowledge in work and organisational psychology - Research experience in the field of organisational management practices - Teaching experience in work and organisational psychology - Proven record in the modelling of quantitative data (e.g., structural equation modeling). - Publications in English-language professional journals - Integration in the international community - Willingness to acquire external funding - Creative problem solving skills - Independent working and initiative - Capacity for teamwork with colleagues and students
